I only cried once and that was when Lady Ice Heart died. In which I also vowed revenge on the Garlean Empire. I will get you my pretties and your little machina to.

I'm tired of seeing people I care about, getting screwed over. It just makes me want to punch babies. Q>_<¡Q
There were times, ishgard is a miserable place and it calls to mind all the times I visualized ancient theocracies and the misery they spread in their god's name creating the very miserable existence they preached inevitable relief from in the afterlife. The misery of the people at the hands of their leaders and clergy were depressing, the stories horrible. But there were moments of victory, i'm not spoilering but the continuation of the 2.5 yes I squee'd and cried foul when Lolo got off the hook.
didn't cry once, though i wanted to (i just don't know how to cry any more.)
Haurchy's death hit me hard, and when his father broke down i felt as if i had failed him.
My only thought for Ysale's death was a "why throw your life away for those once your enemies, foolish girl?"
None, man up.
Ysayle and Haurchefant of course. Well, more felt bad for her because I'm almost certain her tale isn't over yet. I really can't help but feel she's going to be tied to getting Estinien back, just for them to die together .__.
And I really, really grew to like Estinien. He's that asshole I can trust. So seeing him getting taken over was just like "OH COME ON, NOT HIM TOO!"
I cried at the end of the lvl 57 dungeon, and never stopped since.
T-T
I shed some manly tears after vault cutscene.. also the ending cutscene at his grave was a bit tough.
But honestly this scenes are what made Heavensward story better than ARR. We need some drama.
I personally never really liked haurchefant... Just felt that he was being a real jock for wanting to assist aymeric's rescue blatantly rather than staying clandestine and risk the entire house fortemps....
I did find the campfire scene at the churning mists with estinien and ysale extremely moving though, and after talking to the npcs after every msq, I had also grown truly fond of estinien and ysale
Cried personally? No. I did get sad.
- ./hugged ysayle after she found the truth of her Shiva summoning.
- could defiantly see my character crying when Haurchefant went. Alas, ps4 limitations. Went for a big "Noooooooo!" Instead.
- ysayle dying, I saw it coming, I hoped I was wrong.
Conversely. I laughed when Estinien got turned into Nidhogg
