Evenstar Coat bug

I recently acquired the Evenstar coat, and there is an odd... tail issue with it. I am an Xaela Au Ra, and the coat looks absolutely dreadful with the "tail" bit pointing upward every bit as ridiculous as it looks. Looking into it, I discovered that this was like this a year or so ago. Why hasn't this been addressed? This is clearly a bug because I can't see ANY reason whatsoever, that they would allow this to remain. I get that there might be possible clipping issues but you mean to tell me, the creators of it can't tweak it at all? So that it doesn't look so dumb?

It affected miqote when the coat was introduced. I couldnt help but laugh when the infamous tail boner struck again with au ra and the craftable armor set that shares a model with evenstar. Tbh i dont think SE will fix it ever.
