Just because we understand the intended function of the ability doesn't mean a quality of life change isint warranted. I want to see SE give us the opportunity to use our cool new moves more often, removing Chakra from the GCD would alow us to charge up between moves; if the price of that is they have to put a cooldown on the attack itself I think its well worth it. Also give us a chance of GL stack to use a free tornado kick, that move is just too spectacular to be used as little as it is.
