    Buying expansion from Square Enix store...48 hours to confirm payment!?

    I've never seen anything this ludicrous in the retail world. I went to buy the expansion, entered in my credit card info, had them phone me, entered in the verification code, then get this email:

    "Dear customer,

    Thank you for placing an order on our site https://store.na.square-enix.com.
    Your order requires additional verification by our services before being validated.
    During our verification, we may need to contact you and ask for further information. Your order will be processed within the next few hours, after which you will receive a confirmation email.
    If you have not received a confirmation email within 48 hours, please contact us

    Best regards,
    The Square Enix Online Store Team"


    That was 6 hours ago.

    Then I went on the website and tried to find some way to contact them but all they have is a form you can fill out which, guess what, promises an email response. Yea right.

    I give the SE store a 0/10 rating and will never be buying from that place again.

    Try having to buy a 7th copy of the game because Square Support won't help and organize copies to ensure your 3 Square IDs each have 2 copies registered correctly.
