Exactly the WORST! I have never been so disappointed with a customer service department ever. That specific agent should have their performance reevaluated. Absolutely appalling.

Even disconnected on me. I thought it was policy to listen to your customers and validate their commitment to you SE; to ensure continued patronage. Obviously my money & dedication mean nothing to them. I think stories like this need to be shared. They expect us to recruit friends and family.... to assist them but they won't do the same in return?! Disgusting

Seriously I am to share my love of their product and influence others to purchase the game and perhaps an expansion then pay for a monthly subscription for their betterment PFFT! How about I share this disrespectful exchange instead posting the conversation to show the true class of SE's support team and those like Agent Melinda. That ought to increase their gaming population.
