Infuriating issue in Windows

This isn't something related to the game itself, but rather the windows integration.

In Heavensward, whenever I alt-tab or press the windows key to switch between programs, FF14 will exit fullscreen mode and become windowed. When I then click the minimize button in the upper right corner, instead of minimizing, the game goes fullscreen again. I have to repeat this multiple times before the game minimizes

After you hit alt+tab, hit the windows key + d key. This will minimize everything and take you to your desktop. Then you should be able to go do whatever without FF taking over your monitor.

Please delete this one. And FYI your advice doesn't help, because Show Desktop is bugged in all versions of Windows and they have consistently failed to address it.
