More bait vendors / vendors sell all baits

In place of a tackle box, how about all vendors who sell "tools" come with a complete list of live bait, rather than just one or two types? Skyfishing, dunefishing, cloud fishing, hell fishing, aether fishing... these all require specific live bait that are only sold from ONE vendor in ONE zone. A lot of vendors don't offer bait in their "tool" category, and even Idyllshire doesn't have a person selling bait.

We are introduced to the new bait types in such a way that it's difficult to guess where we are even supposed to find a bait vendor. Magma Worms, a traditional Eastern bait, is apparently sold by a Vath vendor? I suppose it IS the same zone as the lava, but why the vath and not the people in Tailfeather (where we got the first batch)?

I understand a tackle box is improbable due to data storage issues, but a widening of stock for vendors would be welcome. Less reason to store tons of bait in my inventory means less complaints about having too much in my inventory.

Edit: Add more dark matter and gysahl greens too.

There are npcs who are supposed to sell all baits in the residentiel zones if that helps.

Just double checked these guys, and sure enough, they don't have the new bait types for sale. It seems it's just one NPC for some of these bait types, and its not immediately clear WHICH NPC is the correct one. The least they could do is have someone in Ishgard selling them all.
