I never waited longer than 10 minutes as melee DPS.
Than again I'm usually going with friends so I don't have to put up with baddies.
did you even read what he said?
he said it takes 40min in total, including que time...you know 15min que+25min run=40min.
the first runs i made during EA, were the fastest, cause i was rushing - the first wave of ppl doing any said content, are usually the most efficient. We ended up one-shotting most stuff, even though we didn't know any mechanics.
it was like: oh a mechanic...i'll just do try to deal with it like i did 100s of times before, since most mechanics in HW, are copies of ARR mechanics - clear, well that wasn't so hard.

We need more tank jobs.
I'm bored with all the current tank jobs. None of them appeal to me the way, say, SAM would. PLD and DRK are both magic-based AND I HATE MAGIC. WAR is so vanilla it huuurrrts. Please give me a new tank job with some actual flavor to it (and no magicks, please, for the love of all that is not holy!)!
Im playing drg or smn, and mostly wait up to 5min for a lv51+ dungeon o;
Paladin is TP based, actually. Only thing you use MP on is Flash and on occasion stoneskin if you crossclass it.
Also, on topic in general- I have... 20ish minute queues as a DPS? I don't really... care. I just spend that time crafting usually.
As a DPS, my ques are usually "average wait time less than 5min" that somehow end up being an "actual wait time" of around 20-40 minutes at least. And that's in roulette. Forget about when I first tried queing up for the individual level 60 dungeons to run them for the first time. Oh, and this is during prime time on my server when there's a log in que. If it's not one of the most popular dungeons then que times during the off hours can get up to an hour and a half, or even two hours.....
Oh and for people saying "just get a tank to help" with your time, you have to remember that that only works for the Expert and High Level roulettes, since while both Trials and Low Level reward the tomestone bonus, they still require a party of one......
I wasn't talking about resources. I was talking about the flavor of the job, which should have been obvious if you had actually read all of my post. Plus it cross-classes with freakin' conjurer of all things, which I refuse to level on my character.
It's not bad. Queue up, do my Daily Hunts, Queue pops usually before I have them done. if not, leves, organizing ventures, selling loot that I've acquired, refining rotation.
And that's if I'm not distracted on my web browser either.
So, no, not really. You learn to adapt.
Actually, I was trying to help you. Your gladiator is only level 22, so I figured since you hadn't unlocked the job you might not know how it works.
I did read your post though. The only indicated flavor I could extract from it was bitter. Maybe you should be more specific next time? Because, mechanically speaking, only a dark knight really uses MP. Further, I don't get how... SAM? Samurai, I take it, would satisfy this existential urge in a tanking job you desire. I personally enjoy warrior's aesthetic a lot, and don't see what kind you're looking for, since you did a poor job explaining it.
Try replacing your sass with facts. It helps convey your point much better.
