even if they made the game perfect, relaunching a dead game which has 5.0 average reviews on almost every site is near impossible. People interested in it will google it and the old reviews will come up first. And meta reviews will be low, etc.

The only way for the game to ever succeed is either a HUGE marketing campaign which costs millions, or bringing something totally unique and new that no other MMO has.
