Attribute allocation and keeping gear relevant

I like the freedom that comes with the allocation, but I definitely do not like the diluted effect of attributes. Knowing how much more effective even a single point is gonna be after 1.19 - at least going from what they say about it - for me it comes down to whether or not that effect gets diminished at all again after 1.20.

I can see the freedom messing up balance though so I agree with your idea.

There should definitely be some constraints on how much you can allocate - allowing for some freedom while still maintaining the impact gear has.
