50-60? How to? Full time job?

So I leveled my BLM 50-60 thinking it'd be easy to level an alt DOW/DOM.
Now in hindsight of the i170 Alexander req and the 20 minute DPS que, I've come to realize that was a terrible mistake since FATEs don't work as in 2.0

I know the Mods have potential changes, but until that happens, how do you guys recommend leveling my alt Paladin.
I just did two dungeons and my bar moved like 3%

huh? daily Duty R. gives about 11%~18% (duty roulette main scenario one) you can use the rest for LAW
the dungeon starting lvl 51 should give you 18% ~ 21%.. i am leveling my BLM alt.. it's not that bad

After the first job hit 60 the second get way more exp. Just doing DR high I'm 57 with the second

I hit 60 with SCH and I am literally like 10% off of 60 with my machinist leveling it extremely EXTREMELY casually.


Your EXP is increased from 50-60, and increased EVEN MORE THAN BEFORE from 1-50.

So save up resting exp, do duty roulettes... it is not a grind. My first one felt very grindy, but this one sure as heck doesn't.

I have 60 AST and SMN. I have a full time job.

It doesn't really matter.

You need from 5 to 8 dungeons to gain a lvl. So definitely more than 2 % for a dungeon.

You have tank queues. You could grind it all out in dungeons. I'm leveling Scholar right now, mostly through a combination of duty roulettes, daily hunt marks, and combat levequests. I haven't ground dungeons much at all.

It might feel slower with the second class cause you're not distracted with the story, but if you queue for the highest level dungeon you can do it doesn't really take a lot of runs.

- Large scale Temple leve
