How potent is Asylum?

It is probably the worst out of all the new WHM abilities. Asylum is not that good since the HoT is considerably weak and seems to proc slowly

full i180, weapon 190, he proc at 700-750 and he proc not slowly that the other regen, that alway on tic server like alway ^^

personnaly, i realy like it, they add lot of aoe dmg at repetition in boss, bismark/ravana/Alex, i use it a lot *_*
he cant be boosted by divine sin, but in the other way he cant be reducted by the debuff heal (like in A1) like the 2 other new skill ^^
