While you can't directly make cordial, you can make GC turn in items so that you can buy them for 500 GC seals each. I used to spam Militia Grinding Wheels prior to HW at 600 seals a pop. The value of that turn in has been chopped in half so it now takes 2 of these to get enough seals for a cordial.

This....this I did not know...now I know what to do with my 50,000 seals. I have wondered for a long time where all the cordials come from

You can also farm up no redundant logs and autumn umbril rocks, use you +2 per attempt skill and get a ton of cordials in a few cycles

Because that would be by far the most useful potion-like thing in the game, and devs intend Alchemist to suck from what we have seen.

I find it ridiculous that still isn't something Alchemists can make, when they added a Spiritbond Potion recipe.
