Tired of Bot user, tired of unuseful report

I reported someone months ago for multiple instances of botting and I still see him running around Limsa and Idyllshire, would be nice if the devs could just own up and say they don't give a shit if people bot because that's clearly how they feel about it.

Same with a former FC member. Complete with quotes such as "I won't be able to answer, I'll be at work but I'm botting".
