    Buy Heavensward twice?

    So of course PSN is down AGAIN and I can't play on my PS4. I patched my PC version, but I have no Heavensward content on it. I'm pretty sure I remember it showing that I was registering HW to both my PS4 and PC accounts when I registered it. Please tell me we are not required to purchase the expansion TWICE, as I am getting quite sick of companies ripping consumers off like this.

    That's correct. For any platform you wish to play FFXIV on (including Heavensward) you'll need to purchase it separately for that platform. Yes its frustrating, however this is due to the licensing requirements for platforms like PS3 and PS4.
