Just what the topic says.

My usual playtimes are between 7am and 4pm EDT (EST? I can never keep them straight...) and due to work scheduling I'm unavailable Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

I don't have much experience raiding in FF14 (I did a couple T5's and one T9 attempt after the nerfs. Otherwise just CT stuff) but I've got a pretty long laundry list of WoW raids tanked if that counts for experience.
