Increase Drop-Rates/Amounts for HW Mobs

Make friends with a ninja and mug. I swear if I could make my choco a nin and give him mug I would. I would even be willing to start him back at rank 1 because mug was so damned effective today farming chimera manes. Took about 30 minutes (competing with a drk) for my nin friend to snag me a stack of manes. Took me that long to get about 20, and I kill way faster then he does.

Edit: Also 2.0 drop rates were lower then this, but they got increased because people were botting and pos hacking to farm mobs. They essentially killed the markets for those items by increasing drop rates and ammounts dropped. Now we have access to mug and it works quite well.

Even with mug the drop rate is crazy. The cooldown on it is a bit ridiculous since you have to wait 90 seconds before you can use it again, and regardless of that I've had over 2 dozen kills and maybe 6 skins to show for it. That's pretty pathetic.
