HUGE bot problem on Balmung please SE help.

We have huge issues with new people who are legit and want to play on our server but when 4 instances of North Than is running 30 bots each instance the shit is hitting the fan. I reported over 200 people since the expansion has come out along with my real life family and friends who play. We have legit players who deserve a chance to play on a server they enjoy instead of SE letting these rejects get away with cheating. Banning and dealing with cheating should be your number one priority and it is amusing that some botters laugh at me because they know you will not enforce your rules.

they without a doubt do, but they ban in massive waves instead of one at a time...and gil sellers are really good at replenishing bots.

I can tell you without a doubt they don't because i have been reporting the same people for over a year and they bot in NT 24/7 and are still playing the game.

That would be WAY to much money lost if they banned everyone. I mean 200 people not counting the ones you don't see at the minimum of 12.99 per subscription being around $2600. Then of course all the servers. I've reported several people for months and have seen nothing done about them.
