Code Already Used

Not sure if this is where I should post this or not, but here goes:

I bought a physical copy of Heavensward last week for the PS4 (from Walmart if it matters). Inside was a pamphlet with a redeemable code for "Baron Earrings, Barron Circlet, and a Black Courier Chocobo Chick minion". Every time I've entered the code in the Redeem Codes section on PSN (following the instructions inside said pamphlet), I'm getting a message saying that my code is incorrect or it's already been redeemed.

Just curious if anyone can help me here. I've tried entering this code dozens of times, so I know it's not "incorrect" at this point.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

If I'm S.O.L. in this situation, I understand and I can move on, Haha But I figured I'd ask since I'd hate to lose a fun little minion.
