    What always confused me is why Castrum Meridianum and Praetorium aren't labeled as raids.

    Because they're 8 man dungeons, and not raids.

    I'm not sure how SE defines raid, but it's either somewhat challenging 8 man content (that's not a trial), or any difficulty 24 man content.
