[dev 1085] Skill Point/Exp rewards for Completed Quests.

Maybe this has been addressed already but I just noticed this from Patch 1.18 notes:

[dev1085] Main scenario quests and subquests will now award skill points upon completion.
NPCs offering quests which grant skill points as a reward can be identified by the blue exclamation marks over their heads.
    * Completing a quest using a class ranked lower than the one recommended will result in a smaller skill point reward.
The Part in Red is what bothers me. Isn't this backwards? Shouldn't it be the other way around? If you can complete a quest lower than the recommended level (without help), shouldn't you get more exp since it is more difficult?

On the other side if you grind to r50 then go back and complete a r24 quests, shouldn't you get less exp since it is easier?

I believe the rank 46 main scenario quest gives 46k SP. It would be a bit ridiculous if you could get that much at rank 1, don't you think?

I quoted myself for emphasis. I seriously doubt a lvl 1 could complete an r46 mission (without help), and if they get help, they should definately get less...much less.

But if you are r40 and complete an r46 quest (not mission cuz they are rank activated), you should get more, not less, or at least the same (if you had no assistance).

It makes sense from a balance point of view, you could get outside help to finish the quest or kill a hard mob and rake in a ton of skill points at a lower level, or complete it on a higher rank but turn it in on a lower rank than the recommended.
Many games already give less experience points if the mob or quest is much higher than your current level for the aforementioned reason

If you get the quest as a 46 archer, do it al and finishes, and delivers it as a lvl 1 weaver, should you really get 46k sp and go straight to rank 20 on that class?

    edit:

"or complete it on a higher rank but turn it in on a lower rank than the recommended."
    sorry, didnt see this.

You can't actually unlock quests until you are the required level though. Since quests give you the SP on turn-in it's to prevent you from cheesing a few levels on a low-rank class.
