Personally making it so I can get everything but legs on Week 4, so I can glamour that beautiful armor.

Have to agree with Sir Taint's list. Any of the other left side pieces will be hopefully replaced by better crafting or esoteric gear quickly. Legs, Feet, and Belt also have a decent chance of being BiS as well.

Personally, I took 2x accessories (plus an additional free accessory), leg, leg this week and will follow it up with feet, feet, leg, leg next week.

Its important to maintain your minimum skill speed for 9 GCD berserk as well as an accuracy buffer for savage.

I also, do not believe the free accessory will be a weekly occurrence because there is no repeatable red exclamation mark which usually acts as a placeholder for weekly quests.

I haven't cleared it yet cause stuff came up yesterday, but all I'm hearing is that you get a free bolt for clearing, but see some people surprised to hear this. Is this from a quest reward, or does it just get placed in your inventory. If it's the latter, then a weekly reward isn't ruled out yet. If it's the former, then it's not likely.

I am personnally going for the plan where you can have every thing during the week of savage release (except head and body) then go for esoteric body and week after head piece from Alexander So that during the week following savage release i am full i190+

I took the belt, 1 foot token, 2 leg tokens and the complimentary slaying ring this week, but my buy order works out pretty much the same way after that.

u will never know what happends in hard mode so i prefer to take vit accs first cuz u will get the dps accs faster when u have all the other stuff i hope i can play 3 str 2vit after we know the new fights.if we can use full str the fight will be to easy and i cant believe this will happend or better i hope this will not happend

Honestly, I don't think VIT accessories from NM are a good choice. Unless the HP check is absurdly high, Law VIT accessories should do the job just as well, and if you can slot any of those accessories to STR then you'd be better off with the i190 ones.

Personally I think both of Perih's orders are the best options. Feet + Head + Hands + 3 accessories over 2 weeks or Feet + Head + Hands + Waist + Legs + 2 accessories over 3 weeks. That said, I think any order where you get 2 pieces and some accessories over 2 weeks is fine - you'll have a full set of everything by 5 weeks regardless.
