It's really a toss up and 100% dependent on the party you're in.

First time into F1, cleared in one go, no wipes, everyone handled it awesomely and it was like it was old hat. Like it were T1... And that was with several first timers in the party, including myself.
Second time in (FCmates and I were trying to win a token roll), we couldn't get anywhere near the DPS check (enrage timer blew while still at 35% hp on both....... several times), I (as healer) ended up unwillingly tanking almost all the ADDs and the DPS couldn't peel them off me.... over regen on the tanks, I'm assuming (didn't have that problem the first time) ...and made it impossible to do my job (being out of range of dying tanks) without causing difficulties of placement (regardless that DPS was hitting them when I moved to the lasers.... and SoS being on CD all the freaking time >_<). I refuse to use regen on F1, now, with exception to the very beginning of the fight where it doesn't matter where the adds scurry towards. >_>
Disbanded.
Third time in, we wiped several times due to enrage, but got it in the end with a MCH line-shot LBing both mechs at once.

F2 was fine - we wiped once or twice because the party was taking bombs to the face (and the mechs running out of mana)... so we just burned, ignored the mechs and just migrated from one side of the arena to the other en masse as a unit when we saw a bomb drop. Was easy after that.

F3.... wasn't -terrible- but going in the first time with the DF tank insisting he solo tank with all the stacks was a little jarring when you're first recognizing the mechanics explained just before the pull. Wiped a few times, but other than eating my mp like Pringles (all the way to the last crumb, at all times), I'd take DFed T3 over DFed T1.... solo tank and all. There were times where I was talking at my screen as if it could help, when trying to get to people with the same polarities when they're running away =____= or trying to get away when they're coming towards me for opposite polarities ("Stahp, get back here dammit >.< Ffffff /dash")...

It's about as difficult as the party makes it, really... if people panic, there's going to be hell to pay. If people focus, have patience, and learn from their mistakes then it is certainly passable.
