SMN's moveset is very visually bland, with the only exceptions being Enkindle, Tri-Disaster, and Deathflare. Econ then, I find that Deathflare is not the Animation of The GODS (TM) like many people make it out to be. It's a big white laser, big whoop. Actually activating Dreadwyrm Trance looks cooler than that.

I think Astrologian has the best spell effects by far, followed by BLM and WHM. MNK actually has some nifty moves too, it's just harder to notice because they're melee.

Unquestionably Astrologian. Gravity and Celestial Opposition are amazing looking spells that really stand out.

It's not just the visuals either. I find the sound effects for the AST skills to be great as well. Very unique and fitting. They did a fantastic job with the aesthetic design of the class.

Really? 'Cause I love 'em. Nothin' flashy, just purposeful. Nonna this Rage of Halone glowy thousand cuts shite, a low amount of flippy gymnastics, just 'Imma shoot yer arse, so here's yer bullet'. That's tha coolest to me.

Dragoon doesn't have much in the way of "flashy" but I think all of my jumps are both noticeable and cool - especially so when I use them to pull off some great moves and work them with mechanics like avoiding AoE's etc. It can really make you look skilled by pulling off clutch jumps.

Summoner wins by death flare alone. Nothing can beat being able to use one of the defining abilities of the previous raid's final boss. The rest of their move set could look like they were flinging poop for all it matters because death flare is that amazing.
