Daily Quests?

So, I just did the lvl 42 Slyph Daily Quests, however.
The supposed quest giver of the lvl 45 daily quests does not have a quest to give?

Am I missing something? What's the reason for this..

I don't know what your reputation level with the Sylphs is, but I believe more daily quests become available as your reputation level with the Sylphs rises. It takes a few days doing the dailies to build up enough reputation, and then there will be a story-type quest that will bump your reputation level up to the next level, and then more quests become available.

You need to get up to the next rep level to get a second set of quests, and so forth. They'll progressively give better quest rewards.
