You don't like the way the game is going, there is a very simple answer to that. Don't play it.
Do you honestly think that because YOU don't enjoy it that they will somehow change it? You not liking the expansion for 10 reasons, 100 reasons, 1000 reasons does not matter. If you think the path they are taking with FFXIV is not for you then you are under no obligation to force yourself to play.

The game is based around a wide variety of factors and while they will of course add new stuff every couple months, the basic formula of the game is not going to fundamentally change and you seem to dislike the basic more simplified design principals behind the game. So you can either learn to accept the design of the game or accept the fact that this game is not for you.

You are more than entitled to your opinion but just as you would like them to change the game, there are clearly LOTS of people that greatly enjoy the game AS IS and look forward to everything they currently have planned.
