Only the chest, pants and weapon cost above 215 tomes. You get 80 tomes from completing the new level 60 dungeons, then a 40(iirc) tome bonus if someone is new. On top of that, you can also do expert for that tome bonus. If you are in a FC, you can run dungeons with your friends who recently hit 60 to shovel in those delicious tome bonus'.
I hate inconsiderate people. Not everybody has what you have and can achieve things the same manner you have for whatever their reasons are….
