    Nah they would of at least posted the "weapons" on the item list. Since they took the time to show other things like materials to make new items that I would assume drop in Alexander. It would appear that they plan to have Alexander weapons be a sort of "trophy" for those who can complete the harder version.

    You can get ilvl 190 weapon from Ravana EX. This way that didn't become obsolete the moment Alexander was released. So reason to do both for full ilvl 190.
