...Crap. There's an i170 entry requirement for Alexander. Wonder how many players are going to get that rude awakening?
(spoiler: I'm one of them, because I've been trying to raise two classes to raid-ready level... and so neither of them are geared enough apparently)

Seems like somebody didn't get their priorities straight XD

Nah. I knew exactly where my priorities were. Monk's forever my main, but our raiding composition is fairly fluid and most of the time I need to play White Mage instead. The ending priority was that, functionally, I should do my best to have both of them ready because depending on who in the FC was around and interested at any given time I could be playing either.
So much for that.

Yeah got i170 yesterday, one of my teammate pushed me to get i170 before today because "everyone worked hard, so will you !"...
Geez... she will be so happy she was right XD

Well you only need nq law gear to meet level requirement =/ shouldn't be too hard. I geared PLD with 2 full sets of accessories (STR + VIT) and is now exploding with tomestone of law looking for what to buy next.

Anyone going to buy Tataru or Alsaie on mog station?
i would rather have the old rule to get 1 item, instead of getting 1/2 or even 1/4 item each week per turn

So, there are 7 types of token, 4 "turns", I'd risk myself and say 2 of them drop in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd turn and 1 token drops in the last turn. So, you (Individually) can get 4 tokens per week, if you run with a static, and split up the tokens, you gotta run 4 times each turn every week, except for the last one, which requires you to spam it 8 times. That's 20 turns a week total. It's totally less grindy than the previous design. You could spend months without a single drop or the drop you wanted/needed. Even unlocked, people spammed for it for ages until they get it.
EDIT: Also, this will no longer become a "1 day a week" thing, since you want to spam it more than once, you can run it several days a week.
