A purely subjective conversation, and not at all a statement on Dark Knight being 'bad', however as I start to level my Dark Knight, I find myself mildly disinterested in the class. Not because of how the mechanics work so far (I mean, it's early level, I expect it to be a bit simplistic for my level), but moreso the weight of the attacks just feels to be a bit... lacking?

When I play my Paladin, the skills I have make me feel like an indomitable fortress of steel. I literally feel like one of the tanks from Log Horizon who can use Hall of Stone and literally become immortal. My attacks are fluid with one-handed strikes, and there's a certain speed to them that I enjoy.

When I play my Warrior, every hit I do feels like I am literally swinging a giant, hulking behemth of an axe, with an oh-so-gratifying 'clang' sound included within it. When I inner beast, I -feel- like a beast. And when I fell cleave, I feel like I am literally going postal on someone

But when I start to play Dark Knight, I am feeling a little dissapointed. When I see the character swings the sword, and the sound the sword makes, it feels like I'm LARP'ing with a styrofoam sword. The swinging of the sword doesn't feel as gratifying and the arcs feel a little redundant so far. The cosmetic of it is pretty... Neat I guess? in that it leaves a trail of your darkness-powers behind, but the sword itself feels like a novelty more than a part of the class so far.

Looking forward to seeing more skills but that was just kinda a question on my lips as I level the job :3
