Permanent Chocobo cost problem

The personal chocobos are currently planned for release for purchase at the price of 3000 company seals, the problem with this however is that you can only ever obtain 6750 seals overall with no methods currently to obtain new seals.

A breakdown of company seals obtainable as quoted from Khornette on Zam:

"Currently you can get total 6,750 Seals:
250 from R22 Induction quest
500 from R22 Non-Combat quest
1000 from R25 Imperial Device
4000 from R45 Into the Dark
1000 from the event"

Which leads to two problems:

1) With no renewable method of obtaining seals, those who have already purchased from Grand Companies for their level 50 weapons (4k) or similar items could find purchasing their chocobos impossible.

2) Players lower than 45 will be unable to purchase permanent chocobos, which may make sense as chocobos can be rented regardless though having to be almost max level for the mount seams a bit steep.

Does anyone know if we will be recieving more Grand Companies marks in the following patch opening up new oppertunities for these marks? Hopefully one which allows the marks to be farmed indefinatly but still requiring effort and time.

Basically, we'll only be allowed to be part of one Grand Company as of 1.19, instead of being allowed to be part of all 3 like at the moment. There'll be daily quests at the grand company you join that will reward in company seals to buy things from the GC shop, so choose your Grand Company wisely or you could find yourself unable to get hold of the gear you want for the class you play.

I want to fix it down to 5,750 seals:

ppl who dont have r25 combat class can not enter event as I already tired and got no quest

With choco escorts and company leve's and replenishment it shouldn't be to much of a hassle.
