Airship Guide

Hi, sorry for the necro, but I wanted to get some insight from the experts. I took a look at the guides, but I'm still not sure what exactly would be ideal for an endgame build. I tried coming up with something myself, but my build doesn't seem to match the ones recommended. Here it is:

Invincible II Hull
Bronco Sail
Invincible II Forecastle
Tatanora Aftcastle
Surveillance: 92
Retrieval : 140
Speed: 50
Range: 112
Favor: 100

Did I do something wrong? My goal for the airship is to gather as many types of rare items as posible, so that there's nothing it cannot acquire. I don't mind how slow it is, because I tend to forget to check in on them. Any advice?

Edit: To clarify, what I'm confused on is Surveillance, specifically on how much of it I need. I want the bonus items, but from what I saw 90 is all I need. Do I need more of it to get more variety of loot, and less Retrieval since that only affects the quantity one loot gives?
