"Additional Anomalies detected... But lost"

I wasnt sure if this was a new airship message or not. Can someone confirm?

I have a strange suspicion that this entire system has been reworked. The addition of low level trash to the loot tables of all sectors and the seemingly stealth nerfed materia yields lead me to believe they weren't happy with the previous output.

That and the fact they added a "Script/Token Sink" to the splendors vendor. Seems moving forward, SE wants us to get our materia from scrips/spiritbonding (work for it) instead of from airships.
