You can get lucky enough to have more than one attempt, either by hitting another Sector, or by getting a second shot at that same Sector. Your screenshot shows that both of your attempts in that one sector returned an Iron Voyage Spoil. The first attempt in the sector got you one, the number you got in the other is not shown.
