Hiyas! Got an S rank in SC24, tried a slightly higher Retrieval stat. I see above that 2 Iron Voyage Spoils can be brought back from a single visit, and that both my and his ship had "Optimal" retrieval levels resulting in "Excellent" extraction yield. Perhaps some of the Retrieval budget was spoken for since I sent this ship to 2 sectors? I really don't know how the stats function.
