What stats do you guys have on your ships that are unlocking the new sectors. My voyage log has a message in it that says "Additional anomalies detected. However, current airship condition found insufficient for further exploration."

I'm assuming that means my ships stats aren't high enough. Maybe it means something else like I need to repair the ships ? They were in pretty rough shape after that mission.

Surveillance 100
Retrieval 104
Speed 86
Range 104
Favor 100

That message has nothing to do with your stats. It's just rng.

It's confirmed that unlocking new area is 100% pure rng? I was considering changing airship parts to unlock area 24.

Also, anyone know if there's any stats requirement to get the music sheet from area 23?

It's all RNG. I spent the last 3 months sending all 4 of my ships to 21 to unlock 22. Juuuust go it a day or two ago. RNG can be evil.
