So my FC was able to get a large house(we luckily got one before the auto demolition on Xmas), so we had to start all over from scratch with our Airships, etc. I've literally been trying to unlock sectors 13 and 14 for weeks now, and no luck. I've got both airships going to sector 11 and only sector 11, one air ship is at 104 surveilance, and other is at 90.

Has anyone went so long without getting sectors 13 and 14 unlocked?
