question i am new to the airship stuff, kinda inherited the fc and kinda confused, i've unlocked areas 17 and 19 but they are grayed on my menu, the airship is rank 5 with an invinsible hull and rest bronco, any idea why those areas are inaccessable?

You need to have ship's Surveillance at 90 to be able to send it to those sectors. It also reads on the details of the sector.
