That table in the first post was made without knowing exactly how many sectors there are. It would have been sheer luck if he's made 22 sectors in the table and there were 22 sectors. Originally, the table undershot the number of sectors. Its no surprise at all that in adding the few needed to account for sectors not initially there he overshot the total number of sectors.

That said, they may be adding more sectors with 3.1, 3.15, or 3.2 - we don't know.
