Very cool! Is that the first zone to have a "Condition" to it?

On an unrelated note Im wondering if a zone unlocks from sector 15

That's a good observation of the map log, I haven't seen that on anything else (that I can remember so far) but we've only unlocked up to sector 10 and 11 so far.
