Just opened 13th sector 8-9-11 All parts invincible, forecastle Invincible II.
Log didn't say anithing about opening new sector. But I had message in chat "Sector 13 has been discovered" http://i.imgur.com/ZfCXrz1.jpg
It seems you need 11th sector to discover 13th
