Please either fill this new column out completely or leave it blank - don't put in some sectors but not others, it'll skew the data. With this extra information, we should be able to tell if RNG is involved, or if it's just a function of surveillance, rating, and/or wind.
    I'm thinking that you found it on the 2nd attempt in that sector. You had violent wind for the first try but then only had high wind for the 2nd item and you ended the sector with a satisfactory rating. It's only a theory of course so if we find some good data against it, I'm all for scratching it off the list. (I'm assuming we're both talking about line 37 of the master log). Let me know if I'm wrong on that assumption.
