The next time someone unlocks their second airship, could they please post a screenshot of the voyage log from the voyage that unlocks it? I think that'll really help figure out the conditions required. Anyone (with access) can view the voyage log from a ship's last voyage from the flight control panel, not just the one who initially saw and finalized the report.
