    Speed 86
    Range 104
    Favor 100
    That message has nothing to do with your stats. It's just rng.

    It's confirmed that unlocking new area is 100% pure rng? I was considering changing airship parts to unlock area 24.

    Also, anyone know if there's any stats requirement to get the music sheet from area 23?

    It's all RNG. I spent the last 3 months sending all 4 of my ships to 21 to unlock 22. Juuuust go it a day or two ago. RNG can be evil.

    Can anyone confirm the changes they made to the recipes in the workshop? They mentioned making changes to the party requirements in the live letter. Do the Aetherial Wheel buffs require a full party to turn them in still? Did they extend that to perhaps the Housing recipes as well?
