Sent one airship to Sector 21 alone, and no discovery.
Sent a second airship to sector 22 alone, and it discovered hard mode Diadem. Good luck on your discovery!

Also sent an airship to sector 22, did not unlock diadem (hard)...

Sent two airships now, one to sector 21 other to sector 22... lets see how it goes... but its gonna take 1 and a half days ; ;

I wish I had taken a screenshot at the time but yesterday one of my airships came back from a trip to Sectors 18 > 21 and both of the sectors gave the message saying Diadem (Hard) was unlocked. Have not yet seen any reports of someone getting it from 18. Tried to pull it up to screenshot but the unlock is no longer displaying when re-viewing it x.x

Personally, I also unlocked it from 22, but it did take 2 trips for me to unlock. Has anyone else considered that perhaps this is one instance where a single sector isn't the only one to unlock something? Since this is Hard and certain surveillance is needed, all sectors that require 90+ surveillance might have a chance of unlocking it.

My Last Airship 50 Alf with max speed and discovery have unlock the Hard diadem the 11 November 21h ^^

RNG'd here also.
Sent one ship to sector 21, and second ship to sector 22.
Neither of them discovered Diadem hard.

Goign to send them both out to 22 in hopes of having it unlocked for the weekend also.

My airship came back from a 2 days and a half trip to sector 22 and sector 21, no Diadem hard mode discovered, this is totally RNG and unfair from Square Enix. Many people have unlocked it by now and many of us stay behind and can't play the hard mode. I hope this won't take a month like it already did for us to discover some new areas...

My FC's airship sent it off to 17 and 22, and unlocked hard mode. I think it's just 22 with some heavy rng.

I think its a 50:50 chance in the worst case, I wouldnt call that heavy rng

got it during my first trip to 22 too
