9x of those 18x Aetherochemical Fiber were found in 23 as well.

I appreciate the confirmation! I still think it's wrong, so it's likely either a typo on SE's part, or they have 23 flagged as actually being 25 internally. Patterns are a thing! They should continue! I wonder if that means 25 will drop Birch? Anyway, I know it isn't important, but I'm obsessive and like my patterns ^^;

Xenora - before 3.2, drop rates for materia IVs in sectors 11-22 were about 4x as high as drop rates for materia IIIs in those sectors. I wonder if the addition of grade V materia to some of those sectors has taken the chance for Vs directly from the IVs? Actually, has anyone obtained a (non-DoL/DoH) IV materia from sectors 18+ since 3.2 dropped? I don't think I've seen any reports of IVs, just IIIs and Vs...

Just went back and checked the actual log (I had taken the ss before your post) and it turns out I'm talking out of my finely molded posterior. It was 2x separate drops of 9x fibers at Sector 15, which was the first stop on that flight.

Okay, thanks, that makes more sense!

(The reason I was doubting the pattern-breaking Ferberite is because mistakes like this where a drop from one sector is thought to be from another are super easy to make!)

Strictly speaking, SC01 is #0, and said offset continues until Diadem (Hard) appears in the list. SC23 is then #23, and SC24 is #24. There does not appear to be any additional sectors beyond that.

While I now have 23 and 24 unlocked, I won't have a ship return for 13+ hours, so I unfortunately can't answer your other question :x

You can just check navigational charts on one of your airships without needing to recall it I thought.

Fair point! I didn't take a shot of my previous log and didn't get a regular item this time, so I apologize for that. Misread the previous picture showing it as a 23, when it was a 24. I'm a little new to contributing to this thread, though I've been reading it since the start.

Still not making any conclusion on this... but is anyone else noticing a much lower drop rate on IV materia since 3.2?

I have 32 airships and have only pulled IV materia off a couple ventures since 3.2. Prior I would see close to 100 IV materia on a good day.
