Now the question is whether its one token per chest and people need/greed or everyone gets it upon clearing the instance. Also, not sure of what they meant by "special item A" and "special item B".

Weapons will likely be the one thing that actually drops. Though it may be included with the armor token.

yeah i think turn 1-2 will drop Token A for accesories , 3-4 will drop token B for armor , and last turn will drop weapons ...but since there isnt a loot lockout until u loot something im not sure how its going to work :?

Why you write this wrong stuff, when already in the chart is clearly written, that all turns drop the same token, but you will need 4 tokens for armor and 1 token for accessory.

There will be most likely different Tokens, an Armor Exchange Toke, an Accsesoire Exchange Token etc blabla.

I think Esoterics gear will be higher ilvl then Alexander Normal. Because if Esoterics was the same as Alex NM why would they hold it back 2 more weeks until savage is released? Makes me think they will be closer to the savage ilvl.

Maybe we will be able to upgrade Esoteric Gear with tokens dropped in Alexander Savage, so we can have the usual mixed set we were used in Coil. At least i hope so.
