Reasonable price to relinquish land?

I would be happy with just the amount I paid for to be honest. But people have been funny about that.

I don't think you'd get someone on Gilgamesh to relinquish their land (small) for anything less than 10+mil.

Let's say a current house owner spent 5mil on their property (land + permit).
And another 5mil on decorating (inside/outside); depending on the current deco 5mil might not even cover it.
Add a mark-up, let's say 5mil since there are no plots left and very few will give up their property for free.

This puts the selling rate at 15mil and then the buyer has to then re-purchase the land after it's been relinquished for a total of roughly 20mil give or take.

I definitely would love to see a housing transfer/sell system as well as a decay timer. Sorry but I think that if you haven't logged in to the game in 6 months you don't deserve to keep your property (all items would go to the housing reclaim vendor).

That seems pretty accurate. My FC (on Gilgamesh) has been looking for a medium house for a little while now. After doing our research and asking a few prospective sellers, we are definitely budgeting 75 million for the complete effort.
33-35 mil for land relinquishment
17-35 mil for land purchase
10 mil for decorating

30-37.5M is the base price, it goes down every 6 hours if unpurchached, down to the minimum price, which is half of that. You will need to pay full price to get the house. I'm pretty sure 2.38 was the last time they adjusted price:
