Reasonable price to relinquish land?

On Gilgamesh you can expect to pay 10+m to relinquish. Lots are 4m for smalls right after the relinquish. Also it all depends on the location of the plot to be honest.

Exodus is different than the big servers though, there were about a dozen medium plots unsold in goblet a month ago. Don't worry about them selling out in an hour when they add new wards.

That's awesome to know! How about the smalls, though? Did those hang around for a bit too, or did they get snatched up pretty quick? I'm not sure I can raise enough money for a medium.

I'm also worried because this time, there are FCs that are desperate for housing so they can build airships.

Small houses were still around for a few months after they added wards 7 and 8, the prime spots were snatched up fast though.

if i was a seller, i would not even think about it unless i was offered 6M.

4M is just to reimburse what they paid for the plot.
some more for what they paid for the permit.
some more for what they paid for furnishings that can't be retrieved.

6M is cheap. the earlier suggestions of 8-10M is pretty reasonable. if you can get it for under 6M, the seller is bad at math/money.

Seen people trying to sell small plots for 30-40m on Balmung but I don't think people biting.
Though I have seen one trying to buy a Mist or Lavender plot for up to 20m depending on location of the plot

In that case, I think I'll bide my time for the next few months until 3.1 hits. Heck, by then, I may have the money for a medium, at the rate I'm going.

10M for FC/fully-furnished house in Goblet (Did not take because he wanted someone to keep the FC.)

5M offer on small in Lavender Beds (One co-owner was waiting for answer from other before taking offer.)

2M for small in Lavender Beds (Owner only asked for 1M; I doubled it. Sold!)

I know! He said he paid a million for it, and just wanted to break even; I didn't have it in me to do just that, so I doubled it of my own volition. I think it must have been good karma coming back after turning down that FC house since I knew I didn't have the time to maintain the FC like that guy wanted.

I just wanted to put this out here for people who, as I was, are hesitant to ask because of what the prices might be. I didn't have much of a budget, so I put it off. Last night, I just set something up PF to see if I could at least do some price-checking, and all three of these came from that. So don't give up, folks. Happy hunting!
