I'm the leader of a small FC and am wondering what the current going rate on "buying" (read: paying someone to relinquish) a small plot is?

Also, similarly, what would be the going rate on buying an FC with a small house attached?

someone was selling his FC with a small house for 8M 2 days ago in PF, yesterday someone relinquish his small house for 6M. Check PF often, everyday someone is selling his house and a small one is always below 10M.

to piggy back off this... they talked about a housing trading system for those who already have houses that would want to exchange them for housing in other areas or new areas.

That might not seem like an answer to your question OP but realize that with a huge evacuation from the old wards to the the new HW one will leave a crap ton of houses open thus eliminating you to suffer through the price gouge of buy from someone. Worth considering.

Thanks for the advice, but as the leader of an FC that wants it to grow, not having a house is not a good thing. That said, My problem got solved.

hehe, I was doing that as well, and I now lead AD instead of MAGI because of it. Good info, tho. Perhaps it'll help someone else who's looking to get housing.

As for this, while I don't have a link handy, Yoshi-P has stated that they're working on getting a housing area available in Ishgard. That said, there haven't been any real promises on that front as far as I can tell, only "we're working on it", and speculation that it'll happen with 3.1.

In any case, as mentioned above I did get my FC a house at a reasonable price, so I'm happy, if broke atm. Hopefully someone else benefits from this thread as well.
